Pension Law Portal
The aim of this portal is to bring together all relevant legal material that is available in electronic form. The target group is people who work with issues pertaining to pension law on a daily basis or others seeking specific information on the regulation of pension law.
Comments and suggests are welcome at pensionsret@jur.ku.dk.
For the sake of simplicity, the website is divided into the following sub-groups. Some of the material will be available in more than one sub-group where appropriate.

| Labour market pensions | Material dealing especially with the regulation of labour market pensions |
| Civil law conditions | Material dealing with the rights of the individual and private pension schemes |
| Monitoring | Material regarding the rules and guidelines that apply to the monitoring of pension insurance companies |
| Taxes | Material regarding regulation under taxation law |
| Other | Other material, including relevant links, statistics etc. |
